The compound library is screened in tailor made assay set up by lead discovery scientists in high throughput at 750.000 data points per day.
Hit follow-up activities performed by Lead Discovery and Life Science Chemistry will yield a condensed hit list which will be handed over to our customer.
The legacy data set is a key resource for our work. Based on a comprehensive data set ranging from physicochemical, biochemical, pharmacological, pharmacokinetic and toxicological data. It contains an enormous data set from more than a decade of in vitro and in vivo research with our compound library ranging from in vitro target testing, analytical chemical assessment to testing in animal models. Digital technologies and data mining allow us to take informed decisions for our partners and clients to design taylor made in vitro and in vivo experiments and work on the most promising chemical matter.
